Wonderful Customer Service

While the product offered was not what I was personally looking for the customer service was absolutely top-notch I was able to easily request a refund on my subscription and the company got back to me with a confirmation in less than a day s time It s quite refreshing to see a company that puts customer satisfaction first I would definitely reccommend Voicemod to a friend

Great app great customer service

There are some pretty cool effects you can get on your voice for such relatively inexpensive software but besides that the customer support is great too When the software suddenly stopped working for me after an update they were quick to respond to me and offer a fix for the problem

Fantastic assistance

The Voicemod Support team were exceptionally helpful asking me exactly for what they wanted with their own screenshots and how to find the tabs I needed When I sent the screenshots they highlighted the problem with a succinct and easy solution I was very happy with the service

Its an amazing app but i think there should be like a mid-evil voice for other things and maybe some voices for like making a trailer or sum ya know

Voicemod was my first and last voice changer i will ever need I absolutely love it It is so fun to mess with people on games with it and customer support is amazing 10 10 i will recommend someone thinking about purchasing a VoiceMod Pro license

Voicemod is an amazing voicechanging and soundboard utility

I love voicemod been using this application for close to a year now I believe and it has come in very handy for me I mainly use it for gaming while in voice chat with friends or randoms and for D D games to help the players immerse into the world and just for sound effects The range of sound effects on the sound board is completely up to your invention The voice changers are useful and fun to play with not to mention you are able to create your own voice changers which is an awesome touch Overall I love this app and the people developing it have a passion and a lot of care for it They were quick to respond to my inquiries and extremely helpful This is an awesome app and completely free too Although in my opinion upgrading to Pro is worth the price

Support and Help

Hello I m a 17 year old boy who use Voicemod for half a year and I had a very big problem with it It wasn t working but instead of stop using Voicemod I tried to fix it and wrote an email to their support After a few days I became an awnser and starting at this point I had a very active email exchange between me and one of their supporters Also that I m pretty young and completely unexperienced in this kind of communication and in fixing problems in Windows the support managed to help me in an language also I understand Also when it wasn t my mother language i managed to follow his steps and now Voicemod is working again and I m happier then the most last time I appreciated the help and love the application thats why I hang on to fix the problem Thank you

A Nice review of a Cool Voicemod

Hi I m Dave Miller someone who used VoiceMod in a Long Time I had a problem With it but The Supporters were really Nice and king they helped me Fixing it and it worked they re methods

A genuine and all round positive experience

A genuine and all round positive experience dealing with their customer support I had a complex and unique issue with their software and after a few months the issue was resolved I seldom would say I as a customer are given the benefit of the doubt and trusted that what I am saying is the problem rather than user error Thanks to the Dev team and to their Customer support who worked with me to resolve my problem and update software
