It pretty goodI need someone to fix this so it won t let me speak on applications Roblox Fortnite etc So If someone can help me on this issue ill be appreciative

I used to love this app but over the last 6-8 months it s been crashing daily sometimes it won t load at all or work properly for days and even a week at a time until randomly one day it just poof works again I ve gone through every single last one of their support steps uninstalled all the way reinstalled newest versions sent my data files to their support to have them check it out double checked all of my firewalls and antivirus software nothing is jacked up except this program Also sometimes when I start it up it just randomly reinstalls itself maybe this is how a new version gets implemented but that is extremely unorthodox because it goes through the same process as a brand new program being installed would Maybe this one of the roots of the problems this program has Idk what exactly is wrong with this program but it s always wigging out bugs errors glitches slow to load takes up a TON of PC usage like seriously go open up your task manager while VM is running especially when it s glitching out and look at the usage Mine was at 92 PC usage the other day and it kept opening up multiple instances of it too that were also pulling PC usage separately It did this infinitely until I force closed it When I got the pro version of this program it was like 100 or something like that for a single one time purchase for life Which stated I would get 100 of the features it had now and all the new features that came out in the future Now I can see it s some sort of monthly payment they are collecting from people so I am happy that I got in early but now I am starting to think maybe everyone who came in on that deal is getting screwed over because I am having so many issues and I constantly get asked to input my pro ID or whatever it is so maybe VM just sent out bugged files to all of the people who got that one time deal just a theory Another reason I believe that to be the case is that when I open it up sometimes it says in the bottom right corner Get Voicemod Pro but still shows I am logged in My pro features will be greyed out until I physically open my account through the button on the program and it opens a tab on a browser and close the program and re open it Then it registers that I am actually already pro and I get all my features back It is really strange With all of this said I know it sounds like I am just curb stomping this program right now but deep down I just wish it would work correctly because I LOVE it The voices sound amazing and soundboard feature is epic it s heart breaking that the app seems to be broken 90 of the time especially since I dropped 100 or so on it At the time of writing this review the program won t even load all the way it s stuck on an outline where I can see all the buttons but nothing is clickable so I can t even pull my User ID This is why I ultimately came here to finally write a review I would definitely recommend it when it s working but until the devs or whoever runs this company understands that keeping your current loyal customers happy is 1 I cannot ethically recommend this program any longer unfortunately If this changes and I stop having all of these issues on such a regular basis then I will change my review gladly Sincerely Used to be your biggest fan

It was fun but now doesn t work I have to stop using it Devs need to stop trying to push new stuff and make sure it works I can t even put my PC to sleep without it crashing Got the program pro back in mid-2020 it is in a much worse state than then

Installed this to try it out a bit Had some trouble getting it to work and by the time i fixed it the purchase price was raised I feel like this company is trying to pressure people into buying their product and it comes across as very unfriendly Which is a shame because it turns out i like the software and would have purchased it otherwise

Voicemod just stops working after a bitI use my mic for game communications and half the time they cant hear me because voicemod doesn t properly initialize for some reason and I have to restart the program for it to work Even as I m writing this I have to restart for literally no reason because the UI isn t showing up

Can t rearrange soundboards Weird all-caps formatting Labels are too short I guess they want you to rely on icons but I don t want to make like thirty icons for random sounds It s got some neat technology but staggeringly basic usability gaps like this feel like it s not a real tool more of a toy I shouldn t have paid for it until they get more serious about this

The service representative simply would not help me They would give the same instructions repeatedly in circles without reading my actual problems with the program at all Nothing they did helped or worked and when I asked for a refund of the product after weeks of correspondence they suddenly ghosted me and completely stopped responding to my emails I hope you get a better experience than I did because mine has been nothing but terrible with their customer service I give 1 more star because when the program works it works great But it s a nightmare when I really need it and it decides that suddenly nothing should be functional today Get better staff please

The program only grants you very basic tools below the level of free software on the market - the impressive voices you hear in demos are simple premise ones which you cannot edit and can t make with the inbuilt tools So I d you re looking for something unique or a tool to make your own voice better look elsewhere UI is top notch - but hopefully they give you more extensive creation tools in future considering it s a paid program

Not only have I had to pay for this program twice because you guys lost my authentication key in an update never fixed it but now that I ve paid for it twice you guys felt it necessary to start running ads on the PAID FOR version of your software Greedy pigs

Shortcuts tend to stop working which makes me re-punch in the shortcuts which takes alot of time eventually giving up Also I know it may be hard but it would be great when hearing your voice it is immediate
