I ordered an ash pendant with a silver chain and engraving To date nothing has been received and just like other reviews they do not respond to my emails and telephone calls go unanswered Cannot even leave a voice message as their mailbox is full Utterly disgraceful that this company steals money from grieving customers I will be researching how to report this company for fraud and theft
