I picked this service for two reasons 1 It had my home country in its list of servers Mexico and 2 Its lifetime subscription During the past years that I have been using the VPN I have found that keeping the software app up to date has helped with connection issues Also in the beginning their customer support wasn t the best but it has improved so I am very pleased because what I paid for the lifetime subscription initially seems to have been a good investment D

I had an issue setting up vpn on my Asus router so I contacted customer support and it took about 24hrs to get a response A couple of emails and 48 hours later I was up and running Customer service was very helpful Have had the vpn service for a few years now and it keeps getting better The only negative I can think of is if I wanted to delete a device I am limited to one device per week
