Been a Vuse customer for almost 2 years Shipping has been a nightmare 30 days quality has declined horribly every couple 2 packs have at least 1 pod that does not vape or leaks and the subscription service has been an on again off again fiasco since it started The topper has been availability and the enormous price increase Goodbye VUSE and RJ Reynolds forevermore

Why oh why did you replace the Vuse 500 for the 700 Having used the original to quit smoking I found it a perfect smoke with balanced flavour and vape that was a nice hit on the throat What it s been replaced with is absolutely foul it bubbles as you pull has a taste of old dog ends alcohol and sugar that sits on your tongue long after vaping Brought a pack of 10 that will be given away Please Vuse change back In the meantime I m searching for another brand

I have have the vuse pods it is so bad the ecigs run out of charge so quick they don t even last a day If someone could help promote another type other than vuse would be great Logic compact was amazing but they discontinued them It was a robust and battery lasting e cig

Can anyone tell me why the vuse go creamy tobabbo has changed I was gifted a box of 10x700 puff disposables and they have an almost alcoholic taste - where is the lovely caramel vanilla flavour Really disappointed and feel bad for the person who bought them for me - a waste of their money I won t be getting them again- can anyone suggest an alternative that has the caramel vanilla flavour I am after Also agree with others who say there are no where near 500 puffs - ripped off

Dear R J Reynolds your Vuse product sucks

I m so tired of throwing away my money on Vuse cartridge that are as dark as tar and taste like the soiled insert of a well worn boot I loved the alternative to smoking but I m fed up with cartridges that constantly leak in my mouth and quite honestly taste like crap I will count my losses with the last four pack and move on to something else

livid with the cost of buying expensive pods flavor is a crap shoot on many of the refills i ve bought the liquid is too dark and tastes horrible never buying this stupid inconsistent product again bye

Taste changes without warning now disgusting

Been with Vuse on subscription for 2 years loved blueberry ice then I m this months delivery without warning the pods have completely changed The colour was dark smell off and taste awful I thought it must be a bad packet opened another box and they were the same Made a complaint the sent me a single pack of 2 pods when I have 20 packets sitting unable to be used open that one and it s exactly the same Several emails later and they come back to say the ingredients have been changed Surely they should have warned customers on subscriptions I now have to send them all back before they will refund my 145 and still have to go buy alternatives Subscription now cancelled will never use again

Not happy big changes

I received my monthly subscription what I have been getting for the past 6 months cream tobacco flavour Up on opening I noticed the packaging was different but didn t realise that the whole thing had completely changed When I vaped the liquid I realised it tasted disgusting and is nothing like the usual creamy tobacco I usually get I have ended my subscription sent it all back I am very very disappointed that the ingredients have changed and the taste is so different this is not even just a slight difference its has changed massively I have tried other vape flavor of this brand but nothing is the same and I will be taking my custom else where l Not happy at all
