I would give this website a 0 star

I would give this website a 0 star rating if I could I paid for the letter and the airline didn t let me on the plane with my dog When I requested a refund from Waggy since the letter didn t work they said - We have written 10 000 of successful letters let us know if you need anything else Thanks Waggy so helpful I would highly recommend not using this service I have constant issues with their website as well

Beware

I just bought the new 1-3 ESA Letter for Housing and airline i got to step 7 out of 8 of the application and from there they charge me I wasnt going to select it but from there they did Okay fine They got me the ESA letter right away but i having issues with the landlord forms that i need Ive been emailing them every hour lol cuz it s annoying they don t answer right away Horrible service cuz they dont even answer my emails and their customer service line does not work

It says money back guarantee but it s not true My apartment refused to accept it since it looked like someone just made it on their computer and added a fake signature and since it had contact info it was rejected When I messaged them about this and asked for my money back they pretty much said no just push it as they can t legally do that therefore you don t need your money back Uhm I have a NEED for an esa cuz I have anxiety So me harassing my apartment to comply is not something I m just going to do when even I thought the paper itself looked fake too

Any of the detailed reviews below that are 5 stars are completely fake and by their scam ring They are not operational and no letters nor contact is being provided They just steal your money Don t be this stupid to read a review from MULTIPLE people and then decide well I guess I ll listen to all these fake good reviews You re at fault if u do and deserve to get your money taken

Horrible- don t use them

Horrible - they did not refund my money even though the landlord refused to accept their ESA documents I paid 150 and when I complained they refused a refund The doctor Christian Scarpoli who they use as their psychologist never responded to either my emails or my calls It appears he was non responsive to the landlord s inquiries as well There was no customer service for WAGGY they only respond by email and no one will take your call or call you personally in any way if your landlord won t accept their documents Horrible customer service and a bad reputation

The letter was OK Everything Else a Scam

While the letter I received from the Professional did get my dog into my apartment building the gear was not worth anything close to what they are charging and was incomplete After almost a month I still have not received ID cards for dog Go with anyone else and avoid getting scammed August 7 Still no ID cards When I messaged them they responded that the cards had been sent But USPS informed delivery never showed any mail in the system for me

One of the worst customer services

One of the worst customer services ever Tamara is so rude and hangs up on you when you have valid questions she can t answer Not to mention it takes days to hear back from an actual representative and not a machine email Save yourself the money and time and go to your doctor or psychiatrist for the esa letter Because this is fraud website with no real phone numbers and legit letters I will keep you guys updated as to getting my refund which they said I would but they haven t gave me a solid response as to when I ll receive it

Literally try anybody else

If you are so desperate as to use a company as horrible as Waggy pet try typing something up in your basement first You have a higher chance of that actually working By the way they dont send out letters anymore -- and also customer service through their website sends out no reply emails So you can t have a discussion with them Its only one way communication Stay far FAR away unless you like to throw away money My landlord laughed at how bad this letter was

Don t waste your money

Don t waste your money I did Bought the Waggie collar for my dog as he had convulsions with an insecticidal collar and drops I was so disappointed Put the collar on him at the end of August Beginning of October the dog groomer said he had lots of ticks Now his hair is short I can find them and pick them off He has had the collar on for only 2 months I picked 10 ticks of him yesterday and today I wrote to Waggie This was their reply Thank you for contacting Winkflo s support Waggie is all-natural and has no added chemicals so it cannot be avoided especially if your area is heavily infested with tick and fleas So only of use if you live in an area with NO ticks or fleas That makes sense not
