Bad customer service
Recently bought a coat from this company and the child it was intended for has short arms and the sleeves on the coat were extra long and didn t fit child properly so I asked to return it which I had to go on line to print label and couldn t do it because our computers are not comparable with our printer then asked for a label to be sent to me and they wouldn t do it so I am stuck with a coat I cant use So in summing up the coats are made well but customer service SUCKS so be careful when buying from this company

Regarding Product and Service
I received a jacket from my wife this Christmas I had never heard of Wantdo before but I like the jacked It looks good its comfy its warm and I love the color The only thing that bothered me was the zippers constantly getting caught on the pockets but I could work with it Unfortunately after about one month of wear one of the pockets ripped The fill polyester I guess started coming out so I can t use the product again unless I can get someone to sew it together I checked the other side and it looks like that side is coming undone at the seam at exactly the same spot I m not sure if this is a defect or if their stitching is just normally that bad Either way I started looking at the website trying to find any information on warranties or anything I could do I emailed customer service and asked if they had any sort of process if I get a rip in my jacket They asked where I bought it I told them my wife got it for me from Amazon Customer service then sent me this a link to a Wikihow article titled How to contact a seller on Amazon What kind of answer is that This made me very angry Perhaps if I was told I would have to contact the seller or even given a straight answer that would be one thing Instead I was linked a Wikihow article I m trying to see if they will back their products Clearly the answer is no Wantdo is synonymous with cheap products and even cheaper customer service I was going to give 2 stars but I honestly couldn t think of a reason why I should The initial good impression of the jacket has been ruined Finally now my wife feels bad Thanks

THEY REFUSE TO SEND ME THE RIGHT PRODUCTS Unbelievable
I received a shiny sparkly girly thin hat On the packaging it says ladies knitted beanie but online it says unisex knitted crochet solid color beanie with a pic of a hat with no sparkles Now if that was the product name I would not have ordered it for my son I ordered this hat with a jacket for my 6 yr old boy and they sent me the wrong jacket with this sparkly shiny thin itchy hat and when I asked for a return slip they told me this is not their product The jacket they sent me was a cheaply made jacket with the wrong color size and designer so It seems as if I got the old bait and switch Then they refuse to even give me a package slip to send it back I have never had this problem with any other clothing company because they would apologize and send me the correct product instead and enclose the packaging slip with it in order to to send back the wrong items I received in order to retain me as a customer However WANTDO doesn t even have a phone number to call and fix the issue quickly and with courtesy Instead Iam being treated like a crook that is trying to play a trick on them I had to submit an online REQUEST form in order to receive a return label They say it takes 24 hours But it took 36 instead Only to email me to tell me that they did send me an answer already but I never received one and that the items are not theirs and asked me to send more pictures in order to prove to them that the package is theirs I feel really disrespected and dissatisfied by WANTDO If you don t want me to have the correct item I paid for then please for the love of humanity just refund me my 80 and we can sever this relationship

One week in and the zipper is broken
I ordered a heavy winter coat at the beginning of October I received it quickly Tried it on It fit just fine This is a winter coat so I clearly didn t wear it until now One week in an the zipper is broken I ve contacted them they ve given me the run around and have not assisted in resolving this issue If they would have included that their product was made in China I ve probably would not have purchased it in the first place Not a winter coat anyway I ve read numerous reviews now Many bad ones with broken zippers This is obviously a known issue for them and the continue to sell defective products Their response was that they would let their warehouse now about the issue so that they can better themselves Ok but what about the consumer you just robbed update I find it very insulting that you are offering me assistance in your reply We had numerous correspondances and you did no such thing You did not offer a refund or exchange at all And now you are Too little too late If you really stand behind your product you would have done so earlier You ve had the opportunity

Don t waste your money
Terrible company with terrible customer service Don t waste your money From the reviews I had read I thought I d take a chance on them even though I had never heard of them The coat I purchased looked great and was advertised to be warm waterproof and WINDPROOF in the description on the website I received the coat and it looked great just as described The day I wore it was not a very cold day for New England however the wind whipped straight through to my skin I was so cold I could not even ski one run I tried to return it and they said unless all the tags were in place as they were when purchased they could not help me Who wears a coat outside with all the tags on it even just to test the quality of it It wasn t even worn and I have all the tags but they refused to help me whatsoever I m very disappointed in this company

I regret buying anything off this
I regret buying anything off this sight It appears that they did not put my apt on the pkg and now my coat is lost worst I put a lost claim with ups and they require a receipt in which wantdo will not allow me to download What a headache Cant even reach them by phone and they don t answer emails I m extremely over them 85 00 down the drain and I still need to buy another coat Thanks Wantdo

NEVER ORDER FRIM THIS COMPANY
NEVER order from this company I ordered a number of raincoats to determine which fit and style I liked None particularly satisfied me so I contacted the company to send the items back I was informed that I HAD TO TAKE PICTURES of EACH ITEM to prove that they were not damaged I literally had each coat on for no more than a minute ALL jackets still had their tags on I was also notified that WANTDO would determine whether my return met their expectations Honestly this is the WORST CUSTOMER POLICY EVER I took photos and s not them in an email Then I sent the jackets back to the company I HAVEN T HEARD ANYTHING ABOUT MY RETURN That was OVER A MONTH AGO DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF I do not know how long ago comments were written about their poor relations but I DOUBT things have changed AMAZON STOP SUPPORTING THIS COMPANY WANTDO IS ROBBING POOR PEOPLE BLIND

I tried to reach out to ask when a certain color would be in stock and they never answered I ordered the coat not preferred color - they never answered me based on their sizing and it was too big I tried to reach out to return it and they never answered I am now the proud owner of a coat I will never wear and will never order from here again When Paypal reached out after I disputed the charge they answered Paypal and got to keep my money

I ordered a Want Do pea coat through Amazon on January 23rd I was suppose to receive it on January 27th and never did Its going to be February 1st and still no jacket
