WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER RUN AWAY from PAYPAL and Braintree which is part of Paypal GroupBraintree does not transfer our money to our bank account since 60 days As the customer service is not existing anymore at Braintree nobody answered to us since 2 months now and our money is taken in hostage Paypal owner of Braintree cannot help us either and we have not other solution to start legal action

Garbage and not to be trusted
We use their security measures and have had 30 disputes which we are losing because card not present How is an online processor supposed to be trusted if the reason a company loses disputes is because the card wasn t present There are addresses we sent the physical products to so there is obviously someone that can be found to pay the credit card company We stopped using them and went back to PayPal Trust the reviews Braintree is garbage I will say billing address matches AVS matches CVV matches etc and still we lose disputes because the customer had it shipped to a different address

Warning to Potential Merchants
As a merchant I would advise you to steer clear of this company Unfortunately this has become true of the entire industry but since they are a part of this I want to provide clear warning In the same way local governments are now allowing people to steal from stores without prosecution Braintree along with the entire credit industry allows customers to simply call fraud for any transaction You can even provide proof that the item was delivered to customer All customer has to state is I didn t order it My advice use a service like Zelle The charge industry has no problem charging you for their services but they have no intention in assisting you when there is a problem This includes Braintree Any representative they assign you will simply tell you they can t do anything about it

Ive sold 1 45 million gems online and no real problems except braintree- which is brain dead Instant fraud and only NB is used for US accounts which is not online so closed account n 6 months later chargeback for 1000no one customer service and funds taken out my bank accountThis company dinosaur and should be extinct KEEP AWAY-CAVEAT EMPTOR

DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT USING THEM We had been using BT for a few years without problems we then had some low level attempts at fraud occur on one of our website BT stopped transactions on both BT and Paypal on that site without contacting us and will now not correspond with us They even stopped settlements on payments on our other sites which weren t experiencing fraud DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT USING THEM

Braintree Payments is happy to take your money for credit card processing and then not bother to offer customer support They think customer support is some overseas agents sending form letter responses when they get around to it while ignoring the content of your messages I will drop this company like a hot potato as soon as I can

Absolutely ridiculous Customer support does not exist Tech support does not exist Fraud support does not exist If you sign up you ll have nothing but problems Half of my transactions just disappeared in their merchant account Braintree says that everything was credited to my bank account but it was not I m now looking for legal advice on this theft

FTC Complaint Pending We ve opened a ticket 6 days ago and a follow-up ticket for support Absolutely zero response Nothing This is unacceptable Our other company recently switched to another merchant and we will be following their lead In the meantime though we will be submitting an FTC and State AG complaint against Braintree

Don t think they deserves any star
Don t think they deserves any star can t even setup account besides connecting with unreachable sales peoples Been waiting for a phone call for 2 month applied about 7 times online and still waiting for a contact til today still nothing I feel they only care about big business and not interested with my small business
