The plastic clips on the strap came away from the leather when I tried to fix it to the watch I am waiting for a response on how to return the strap for a refund

I replaced my 20mm leather strap with another however the strap appears a fraction over 20mm and I cant fit it Will take it to a Jeweller for advice

I paid for express delivery but received my strap after one week and some chasing over a few days Strap is thick and very stiff so will see how the quality shows and if it softens up over time

Ordered and paid for a watch strap on 3rd Sept 2023 Was informed delivery would be 3 5 days Sent e mail to them to say I have not received my order that was 3 days ago to which I have not even been shown the courtesy of a reply Have requested a refund As an addendum Elliot is currently trying his best to sort out what has happened to my order I am hopeful that I will be able to amend my review following a satisfactory conclusion It turns out that Royal Mail lost my order Elliot very quickly once he established that sent a replacement by 24 hours delivery Full marks for perseverance The story didn t end there unfortunately a replacement strap was sent with the wrong colour buckle Rather than spend anymore time on this ongoing saga I changed the buckle myself with one that I had So all in all a bit of a shambles Would not recommend

Whilst ordering and dispatch were good the service provided by the company s delivery partner was shocking They initially sent the item to the wrong regional delivery hub and then took 6 days to rectify the issue and get the item delivered to the correct address

Very disappointing to receive this message as they claim all straps are hand made but apparently they can t make them Their explanation below But if someone out there reading this can make me a watch strap please leave me a message Unfortunately we don t currently have any 23mm straps available and we are currently unable to produce custom orders in a time and cost effective manner It is something we are looking into for the future but I m afraid it s not possible at this moment in time

Purchased a suede strap Looked nice but within a week it looked grubby Easily marked and not really suitable for general use Disappointed
