I contacted Watch Chest 3-4 months ago because they had a very special watch I wanted as a Christmas present for my wife Speaking with Chris and Cody was very professional and easy They always had answers to my questions and worked through everything with me I ve only ever purchased watches through my former neighbor who owned a jewelry store so buying on-line was a little intimidating for me Chris put me at ease with the process so much so that I felt I was dealing with a friend My future purchases and service on my watches will be going to Chris and the team at Watch Chest The rolex I purchased for my wife is spectacular

Purchased my first watch from these folks the other week and I ve been incredibly happy with the piece and the entire transaction Corey was knowledgeable and incredibly responsive and when there was just a very minor alignment issue they fixed it immediately Had it fixed and back to me with the same week even with holiday shipping craziness The watch was otherwise exactly as described and in superb shape I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality watch
