Bad Refund Policy and Customer Service

Watson has a very bad and inefficient after sales service or Customer Service Firstly Watson does not provide refunds in cash for purchases you made if you changed your mind They refund in the form of e-vouchers and as such you have to use them within half a year or it will be expired Secondly there are nobody you can personally speak to and it take several days for your concern to be addressed After this experience I had I decided I will take my purchases elsewhere

Horrible horrible online shopping experience with Watsons I booked a delivery slot and despite me being home during all hours of the delivery slot I did not receive my parcel When I followed up with the live chat the staff informed me that I ll receive it the next day But guess what I DIDN T When I followed up again using the stupid live chat another staff told me that I will receive it within up to 3 business days SO WHAT S THE POINT OF HAVING DELIVERY SLOTS Watsons is breaking the law and not delivering goods as promised Extremely angry I ve spent more than 150 for goods that have not been delivered to the promised timeframe TWICE

Never purchase from their online store Bought a few times these 2 years but their service is just getting worst Purchased on 21st nov 22 nov email saying will be delayed due to 11 11 sales it s already 10 days since 11 11 and yet they have not cleared their backlog So I requested for cancellation the customer service will just ask you to wait indefinitely for your refund with standard reply that they have submitted the cancellation request to the relevant department It s been 2 weeks I still have not received my refund

I am absolutely disappointed with the online shopping experience I thought that self collection would take a shorter amount of time compared to delievery little did I know that self collection took way longer than I anticipated it to be Seriously I might as well personally drive to and back from Malaysia for the products I ordered I bet i could do it under a day DISAPPOINTING DON T USE ONLINE SHOPPING
