Totally shocking service

Totally shocking service no communication no updates on purchases and useless postage even though next day postage was paid for It is definitely a display of this company I received totally rubbish service from them gave them the benefit of doubt and ordered again and was messed about again last chance and guess what messed about again so I reviewed on here as asked but I feel the company can t admit liability for this As you can see from the top of this comment it is a verified order and most of the reviews are not make of that what you will three orders three reviews

Rubbish service would I recommend Absolutely not postage rubbish stuff not in stock when advertised as in stock poor communication The company says these are random reviews what a load of rubbish They just don t want bad reviews if they didn t they should of put more effort in to customer satisfaction As you can see from the top of this comment it is a verified order and most of the reviews are not make of that what you will Three orders three reviews Can they all be bad

And for the final transaction

And for the final transaction paid for the monthly sample box on the first of the month 18 days later no box asked for refund only through dispute through PayPal was it resolved what a shambles better companies out there to deal with And to top it all the company Waxpack is trying to remove this Review Trust pilot asked me to review so I did I guess honesty doesn t pay As you can see from the top of this comment it is a verified order and most of the reviews are not make of that what you will Three orders three reviews Can t all be bad Can they

Not sent properly

Even though I bought 6 items only 5 items were sent

Rubbish

Rubbish placed an order then received an emailed saying there s a delay due too items out off stock Emailed back some time later for update no response Turns out my order has been cancelled
