Worst series of all time
They are the worst, not even support is working, they will just reply you that they are solving the issue but nothing will change. I purchased their services on 28th of September and its 3rd oct today but my domain and hosting is not even active yet. Please donate your money instead of giving them that will b useful rather than giving these b*****ds.

Cannot recommend Web Hosting Hub to anyone since they treat the longtime customers like rubbish I have been using Web Hosting Hub for more than a decade possibly closer to 15 years They have always had nice customer service and generally speaking my websites have been running just fine However in recent years my websites have become slower and slower and now they are so sluggish that I have given up I have spoken to their IT department who basically says I should move to their sister company to have better servers or pay even more for a faster package And here s the kicker - I was already paying their second most expensive hosting package Nitro which should be blazing fast already I run three WordPress websites which all combined might get like between 5-20 visitors a month So my websites aren t causing that much wear and tear to any server this company owns So that being said my websites somehow don t load fast at all - some can take 20-40 seconds to load and apparently there is nothing that can be done I spoke to multiple IT experts and they tried to do some fixes but nothing really happened or got fixed My websites still remained slow even if they for a momentarily felt slightly faster I already had Hostinger for additional webhosting and after moving my sites there suddenly all of my websites loaded instantly without any delays So when Web Hosting Hub advertises their fast SSD 20x speeds etc that just isn t the case I m paying less now for shared hosting at Hostinger and the speeds are beyond what I even expected So all I can say Web Hosting Hub has been treating me very poorly and just thinking I m stupid to continue paying for crappy service While the first 8 years or so were absolutely great at Web Hosting Hub now I feel like I m being overcharged and being put in the worst servers they have They simply don t care about me as a customer and unfortunately it s just unacceptable that they think it s okay for my simple personal WordPress website to take more than 20 seconds to load when you have a 200Mt s fibre broadband at home I would have stayed with Web Hosting Hub if the speeds were great or even somewhat closer what they used to be at least but now they lost me as a customer I would personally recommend anyone to stay away from this hosting provider and choose anything else whether that s BlueHost or Hostinger - You will get there much better value for your money since here they don t care about their customers Definitely not for those who have been paying for them for a very long time The last time I spoke to their IT-team member they said they would email me some tips on how to make the website faster I also asked them to send me information on how can I move my websites to another provider and guess what - they never sent me those emails I checked the junk mail and nothing - So yeah it s pretty obvious they don t care about someone like me who might have already spent thousands on their services But hey - I m perfectly happy now with Hostinger so thanks for those years that at least you were good

Heb Hosting Hub enticed me to join with a 60 year rate Then it auto-renewed yearly at twice that rate While competing rates dropped my billings stayed the same I finally decided to get off the Web Hosting Hub freight train That s when the real problems began There is no option in the Account Management Panel to turn off auto-renew There is no option in the panel to cancel You have to TALK TO support to cancel Emailing them is apparently NOT an option for cancelling Google their support page entitled How do I cancel my hosting account Archived on Wayback Machine 30 Mar 2019 and other dates So I called their vaunted 24 7 support on an early Saturday afternoon 5 minutes into a phone hold with no end in sight so I started a chat session I was 10 in line Now more than 20 minutes into the phone hold I am 7 in line At this rate I ll be holding for a chat operator for MORE THAN AN HOUR just to cancel my account I feel like I m in Hotel California I can check out anytime I like but I can never leave Beware Once you start down the dark path forever will it dominate your destiny - YodaThey want you in but they ve made it outrageously impossible to get out Cheap Count the hidden cost of waiting and waiting on hold Update - After 36 minutes on hold No answer yet position 5 in chat queue The saga continues - After 1 hour and 17 minutes finally spoke with an operator and got the account cancelled Made sure I got it in writing email as evidence due to online reports of them making unauthorized charges on cards - At 1 hour and 20 minutes STILL waiting in the chat queue Position 2 Outrageous - AT ONE HOUR AND 30 MINUTES MY POSITION IN THE QUEUE SUDDENLY CHANGED FROM 2 to 20 WITHOUT ANY INTERACTION OR WARNING -0 Outrageous It s a good thing I called too PS Apparently you CAN cancel an account by email verified support ticket but they don t want to tell you that on the support page Operator said that they used to have an Account Management Panel option for clients to just let the account expire but they DISABLED it IMO this company is using coercion to keep renewals artificially high Avoid at all costs PPS Their AMP Billing Change Term page showed that the current rate for my account type is only 55 yr I m being overcharged No automatic discount was ever offered

Unbeleivably bad host
After reading some good reviews How many are posted by them we decided to go with Web hosting hub We found their support staff to be good but limited in what they could do They then received an INVALID and fraudulent DMCA take down request which they had been notified of in advance instead of just removing the image and contacting us they totally suspended our account without any warning and would not even allow us to remove the content Even when we offered decisive proof that the request was invalid their unethical and unprofessional legal department acted totally wrong and refused to activate us again Now despite any or all good things one may read about this unbelievably bad hosting group and their incredibly incompetent legal department it is of no use when your website is suspended and they will not act in accordance with their many boasts about how the customer comes first This seems to me to be false and misleading advertising from this very bad hosting organization If anyone is thinking of going with them I suggest you look elsewhere if being up and running is of any importance to you

Don t ever let this company get your credit card
This company gets your credit card and then the ONLY way to stop them from charging your card for items you do not want - is to CANCEL YOUR CARD They charge your card randomly then say Sorry no refunds How is this even legal

not the customer service you want at all
i bought the hosting from them the sale deportment was good and answer fast but after they got the money from paypal then every thing changed every time i wanted help it took 45 min for some one to answer it and then after they answer they close the page again 45 min and then the second helper took 5 min for answering simple question every thing you ask it will take 5 min so one problem with server take around 3 hours of chatting and then nothing will be done now i am trying to get refund and they keep telling it will take 3 day to answer and now its day 5 so what are they doing i dont know i think i have to open paypal case to get my money back in the end of the day dont go with them

Server gone down and they lost all my data They uploaded a backup they had from 2016 which lost all my data When you call then no one can help you out All they say is I can only apologise and actually do nothing The servers themselves are very slow we were on the fastest one Dynamo but still simple sites took forever to load

Do not go there It is a nightmare to cancel your subscription Very bad experience You have to cancel by e-mail and you do not receive any news except every year the renewal bill
