Great experience with Wellbots I was unsure how many solar panels I would need for what I was trying to protect if we loose power They showed me how to calculate charge time I only needed one more They are very helpful and honest I really appreciate that in a business

I bought an EcoFlow Delta 2 with an expandable battery While I was on this site I requested an online chat with a customer service rep I asked about a solar cable and he was kind enough to include it for free Everything arrived just fine but I wasn t specific enough about which solar cable I wanted I emailed Wellbots and they sent me the other cable as well FOR FREE Great product and even better customer service Wellbots went above and beyond what they needed to do I highly recommend using them and will use them again

Overall I have been dealing with a frustrating situation The piece of equipment that was sold to me works but some of the lights to indicate the settings we chose does not work Wellbots has been wonderful to me and working on my behalf to deal with the manufacturer They respond to me quickly and share in my frustration with the manufacturer
