Do not order on the BE webshop

I ordered on the BE website end of June At the beginning of August I still don t have any delivery of my products 2x annual package so quite a lot of products I had a contact with the BE Customer service via glennatwelovetheplanet be and he confirmed my order was sent to a wrong address by them However I m not responsible for this error I still didn t receive my order Glenn is still ignoring all of my emails since then and there have been no updates whatsoever to notify me of any planned delivery It seems there is no ethical responsibility or customer oriented service in the company I m very disappointed I would not recommend ordering from We Love The planet

The refill boxes have no smell - different quality

We bought a year supply of this product Initially it worked very well but when you use the refill the smell is much less than before even with the product in the same dark place positioned Disappointing product

Poor quality

I bought the candles but they burn for less time than advertised on the website Less than 20 hours and much of the product remains around the container and isn t consumed I bought them on sale But I don t recommend them if you buy them at the original price Good point fast delivery

Scents don t last as long as they used to

I ve been a loyal customer for 2 years and love most of your products I ve given many diffusers as gifts as well You have excellent customer service - always responding to emails and very fast shipping I ve stopped buying the diffuser which are my favorite scents to put in the house because at some point last year there was a delay in supply and the sticks changed in thickness Once the sticks were thicker the scent didn t get distributed as well through the room and it just doesn t work as well anymore I hope this is a useful review I don t want to say anything bad just that I m sad about it I ve had repeated orders on spiritual spa sweet senses and lemongrass

I bought the We Love deodorant recently

I bought the We Love deodorant recently from Holland and Barrett England Unfortunately the cardboard case has started to collapse and it is hard to use the deodorant Not a very good design I appreciate we are trying to get rid of plastic but the tube needs to be sturdier where you push it up and down

Very good service They respond very fast if you have a question about a product I bought the deodorant and a diffuser to try it and I like it very much the deodorant does what it has to do and the diffuser smells so good The delivery was also very fast
