AVOID AT ALL COST Tried to take my money via Apple Pay without even asking my name address dob They just asked about my weight etc having been on mounjaro before via phloclinic I know this is not how it s supposed to work I also suspect most of these reviews are fake

Very late delivery

I received clearance to order my medication on Thurs 8th and proceeded with 24 hrs delivery 9 99 premiumThe Delivery did not arrive as statedI got I touch Yesterday and a re delivery was scheduled for today No Show Seems my address was missing my house No So my order is now pushed back till Thurs 1 week for a 24hr delivery I ve given 1 star as this is a developing situation Up till now I can t recommend this service

Ordering Process needs to be more effective

I place my order and it sat there for days waiting for approval I reached out to customer service via online channel and it took more days to be approved and there was no message or update on what was happening all through the period

Poorly packaged

Ok the good bit ordering process is straightforward and without issue changed from previous supplier as these are cheaper and I felt happy to make this change especially when there was no delay in approval and sending out When the postman delivered my item it came in a grey plastic bag and I could clearly feel the medication box to one side on opening the ice pack was melted and my medication did not feel cold to touch so was not securely packaged and as clearly moved around in transit It did come with needles and swabs again only 4 of each no spares in case of needle failure

Really slow process poor and slow communication medication arrived with the wrong name Replacement label has been arranged still waiting for it to arrived but this error shouldn t have happened

Would have been perfect BUT

Cheapest around for first order Speedy service and delivery But cheap because you only get 3 needles and 2 wipes

Don t use the direct tap on the listed phone number to call the company

The company details in relation to the phone number is not making contact with the pharmacy It s going to a completely different company in a totally different field and they are getting many many phone calls

Good until I have was sent medicine with a short expiry date and received no response

WePrescribe have sent me 2 emails asking for feedback just this morning yet I emailed them last week because the medicine they sent me had a very short expiry date - and have had no reply A shame they seem more keen to get feedback than provide any sort of customer service Frustrating as service has been previously good hence the 3 stars
