Takes payment on credit card and then disputes recieving payment

Website takes payment for order then company cannot find order and disputes taking payment Have to file a dispute with credit card company as customer service is so poor and cannot refund or trace payment

Late with someone else s prescription inside

Package came with my name on the front but somebody else s prescription inside along with their name and address It also came late 5 days and warm when it should be kept 8c I m awaiting resolution Not a good experience so far

AVOID AT ALL COST Tried to take my money via Apple Pay without even asking my name address dob They just asked about my weight etc having been on mounjaro before via phloclinic I know this is not how it s supposed to work I also suspect most of these reviews are fake

Very late delivery

I received clearance to order my medication on Thurs 8th and proceeded with 24 hrs delivery 9 99 premiumThe Delivery did not arrive as statedI got I touch Yesterday and a re delivery was scheduled for today No Show Seems my address was missing my house No So my order is now pushed back till Thurs 1 week for a 24hr delivery I ve given 1 star as this is a developing situation Up till now I can t recommend this service
