Just had my windows fitted by Alex very tidy and the windows have enhanced my house look

Recently had some bifold doors

Recently had some bifold doors manufactured and installed by westcountry windows Wayne who carried the building work was clean tidy and very professional The doors are of excellent quality I would defiantly recommend westcountry windows

A job done well

The job was completed very quickly the fitters were polite and worked quietly too The work areas were left clean and tidy Very happy with the outcome

Ordered my conservatory in May customer service is terrible

Ordered my conservatory in May told it would be installed in September It s now Middle of November and no sign of the conservatory No communication from the company at all Their customer service is the worst I have ever witnessed They say they will call back but never do

Terrible communications Save yourself hassle and pain

Terrible communications with this company Ordered my windows front gutter and fascia and a door porch back in Feb 21 The windows finally got fitted at the beginning of Sept and I m still waiting for them to finish the job at the end of October because the salesman didn t put the gutter and fascia on my order form and I did ask about them everytime I rang to chase when everything would be fitted and I was assured they d been made Even had the door porch sat in my conservatory for five weeks it s not small

Five years after West country windows fitted under floor heating built a conservatory and fitted an electric garage door we have had problems Gave up asking for them to fix issues as there communication is awful I have had experts in to fix the mess ups and every time they are shaking their heads at the bodge job they made Please please please do not use them

Poor communication and service

Poor communication and service Waited over nine weeks for my window to be replaced In the end I gave up and went elsewhere You won t find an open case because there is no longer one I cancelled the order and requested a refund after being told different things each time I spoke to someone I received my refund via check in the post once the accountant has returned from their paid leave I also find your attitude massively insulting suggestion I don t know which company it was I spoke to If you don t know who I am why mention my husband s name Simon I never said his name No I won t be taking the review down

Great installation shame about the maintenance service

We had replacement windows and a door in January 2022 Installation was fine great couple of guys that fitted the windows doors and fascias We now have a problem with one window that it will not open I contacted WCW using the maintenance portal on 18th August 2024 and to date have had no contact with the company at all
