A superb company that consistently

A superb company that consistently provides high-quality windows doors and flat roofs I have used them 20 years ago for Windows last year for a front door and this month for two flat roofs for our church in Margate All members of the team from office staff salesman surveyor and the installers Adam and Paul were absolutely superb Very professional and nothing was too much trouble for them The flat roofs are absolutely amazing very high-quality finish and they come with 25 years guarantee I would certainly use this company again and I cannot recommend them strongly enough

Front Door Installation

We had a front door fitted and found the company professional and reliable They have skilled workmen from the surveyor to the installation I was thrilled with the results as the company took the time to match the door with our existing windows and matched the glass which I had been told by others was impossible I was not expecting this level of detail I would recommend them as they took away the existing door and left everything spotless Great job

We recently had some patio doors installed by Britelite windows and we are so pleased with the result From booking an appointment to have an estimate to having the windows installed Britelite have been great All the staff are very professional and quick at doing their job We have had all our windows replaced by Britelite and we would highly recommend the company to everyone

Great Customer Services

Double glazing salesmen get bad press but I have to say the after care service I have received even 3-4 years after the initial installation has been 2nd to none Its the 2nd time I have had to call them out in the 3-4 years and they have always been amazing so helpful no problems at all I d also like to give a special mention to Tracy Merrick who is the Service Co-Ordinator I always deal with and she is so understanding and helpful Keep up the great work

Always happy to have Britelite to fit widows and doors They use high quality products and excellent fitters and are happy to work with your particular needs Everybody is polite friendly and professional I am gradually replacing all the windows and doors in the house and have used Britelite each time They come Which recommended for a reason
