I ordered a product from westore24 and received an email from them starting the order had shipped January 25 2021 I was very patient and waited until March 19 2021 to ask for an update I was given the same tracking number with 2 websites to check the shipping on my own The websites did not work for tracking and was also told they can t do anything until the maximum 50 days for shipping was up I informed them that it had in fact been 57 days I was then given an email stating don t worry and that they talked to the shipping company and they informed westore24 it is still in transit Their policies are a complete lie Westore24 Does not uphold themselves to their own policies UPDATE I received an email one month later stating that I am no longer eligible for a refund because they say I did not contact them after their 50 day shipping policy More lies again Then after leaving a few reviews they are willing to give me 50 of my money back Do not trust them

WeStore com misleading Hot Wheels ad

The ad was very misleading product in the WeStore com ad was not what I received The packaging was not great my product had some damage I ve never had Hot Wheels delivered in what looked like a black garbage bag with packaging tape WeStore com needs to update the ad photo and be clear on what you could get and how it s shipped

My husband had order a beautiful parka from them It was WAY too small for me and the measurements were way off They said that we were wrong and said that we can pay for shipping and return it for a full refund We did that They said NOTHING about any custom fees having to be paid by us we are in the US it was returned to China we paid 60 something for shipping and they REFUSED the package saying we do not pay for shipping We have recept and everything Because they REFUSED the package after so many attempts the delivery company had to dispose of the package due to regulations DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER

Terrible they have reoccurring monthly payments come out Never recieved my package and they didn t want to work with me on a refund just 15 ridiculous Especially with it being a Christmas gift
