Sold outlet quality shoes at one of their stores
My wife went to the Chestnut Hill store and bought a pair of boots on sale When it started to fall apart we went back to the store and were told that they were a pop up store and an outlet Their outlet shoes are of a different quality compared to there regular stores We were never told that Anyone else have this issue We shopped their Nov 6 2023 They sent us another pair that were made in China and even worse quality

Never ever order from this company directly
Never ever order from this company directly - you have to chase for refunds they never do it automatically After calling them several times then had to wait 28 days for a refund Even then they try to give it back to you less some tax which is a complete con When they answer they are rude and never get back to you Some guy once said to me on the phone it is beyond his pay grade to give me an answer and told me to write in an email instead Order their products from a reputable 3rd merchant like net a porter

As long as they use parcelforce for delivery the shoes will remain a mystery
I would love to review the shoes but parcelforce have failed to deliver but they have taken the shoes out for a drive for a few days now they are resting back at base Perhaps they can go for a drive tomorrow Shoes may be great but customer service a bit lacking Yesterday they promised to escalate the problem today too busy to answer the phone and told me to call back later These shoes are too expensive not to have better customer service and delivery AAs long as they use parcel force I won t use them

Buy elsewhere They do not honor prices and shipping policies on their own website claiming sale items are different and are not entitled to the same shipping practices even though it is listed under the individual product Also the automatic email they send you with free shipping and the sale price is not valid Customer service is also inadequate useless and did not respond Disappointing that they would choose not to honor the print on their own website during a pandemic when everyone is shopping online

Worst customer experience ever I have not received my order and customer service is writing me for 2 weeks that they are waiting for an answer from someone that is looking into the case They are just ignoring my request of cancelling the order I don t want your shoes just refund me my money

Absolutely appalling customer service
Absolutely appalling customer service They weren t willing to help with my query I was requesting their assistance in locating a pair of shoes I was unable to send them a link but named and described them but they refused to look into it and kept repeating send a link I asked to speak to a manager but they refused to give me any contact details I have never bought any of their products and after today s experience I won t be buying from them in the future

Big mistake to order online from this
Big mistake to order online from this company I love their footwear but my order took over a week to arrive and after having to return my order I am still waiting to receive a refund Bear in mind my shoes came from Italy and were retuned to Italy The return item has been back with them for over a week now and still no refund I will never order from this company again

They steal money from you Dont buy from official site
Ordered just recently on May27 chose two day shipping paid and received order confirmation Then heard nothing ever since Called CS hotline and they said can t find my order and asked if I used a different email which is not possible becoz i received the confirmation in the right email Then they said it might be system glitch Now they escalated it internally But I mean isn t it just stealing money from me Scam

Terrible Customer Service
I bought some sandals from Stuart Weitzman last summer that broke within a few weeks of wearing them I emailed them to ask if they would repair them I was asked to send numerous pictures of the broken shoe and have now received a response to say they don t offer a repair service I shall never buy a pair of shoes from them again - and would advise others to do the same
