TERRIBLE

TERRIBLE I have 6 giant cartons that have been waiting for a courier pickup return for more than SIX WEEKS Do not order from this company They will never come get what they promised to take back and you are stuck with all the big boxes in your living room for MONTHS with no refund

In my case I wish there was an option

In my case I wish there was an option to give 0 stars Me and my family ordered new furniture and decorations for an entire apartment The order came quickly 7-20 days with different things which was good In the first delivery our dining table was damaged broken I immediately contacted costumer service who assured me that I would receive a new table and they would take with them the old one that was damaged This is almost 7 weeks ago And now no one is answering me I ve contacted them several times on their website In another delivery a vase was broken And no answers here either

Scam

I ordered a hanger more than one month ago It arrived with the wrong parts and it was ruined I asked to the customer center of westwing and jan kurtz to send me the right part and the part that was ruined They said they will send the parts in few time After almost two monts only a piece of the two that I ordered arrived It s so disappointing and time wasting I will report it to police because I m starting to think that westwing an jan kurtz are scamming me
