Love Dalani but not their shipping company

I once couldn t get through to what I wanted to find out on the website and I had to give up the order

I have purchased several time from Dalani the products respect the info on the site and the prices are very competitive Unfortunatelly I can t tell the same for the shipping company they use They have no care for the product they come to your house without informing anybody and are super rude

I ve bought here three times until now I am quite satisfied of the delivery although in Brindisi Italy is a little long to wait anyway the objects are as described average prices I found that temporary offers are not preferrable to permanent dealing and I wish I could have some help or customer service before buying

I recently purchased a sofa bed from Westwing looking forward to enhancing my living space However my experience was soured by the delivery service provided by Italmondo Spa The cargo agents from Italmondo informed me that they do not prefer to bring these kinds of items to my zone at the end the sofa bed was dropped on the ground floor and I had to bring it upstairs all by myself This was not only physically challenging but also far from the service I expected Why are you selling a sofa bed if your delivery partners aren t willing to deliver it properly
