not completely dalani s fault but sometimes the merchandise has inner faults that appear after use - for example I bought some beautiful bitossi plateware with some discount over the very high price and after less than 1 year it s all cracked and chipped and ready for the dustbin - don t buy high price merchandise unless the saving makes it really worth it

I have purchased several time from Dalani the products respect the info on the site and the prices are very competitive Unfortunatelly I can t tell the same for the shipping company they use They have no care for the product they come to your house without informing anybody and are super rude
