I am afraid that the product we used

I am afraid that the product we used did not make any difference to our decking Therefore we have to high pressure wash it at the weekend Having said that it worked reasonably well for our neighbours

Customer service issues

Ordered a Black Friday deal reward points were deducted from my account order confirmed but payment not taken After three calls to customer services still not sorted with promises to look into this and get back to me not being followed through Gave up on one call that wasn t answered after 20 minutes

I didn t actually complete my purchase

I didn t actually complete my purchase Wouldn t take PayPal or normal debit card plus nulled out my reward points Emailed customer services who told me to call them to place order which I did but only to be told they d call me back as a matter of urgency to push order through That was 3 days ago hence the 1 score as haven t ordered anything but want to Wonder if others experiencing this as that ll be a lot of money lost by W F

Tested on a few areas all have varying

Tested on a few areas all have varying signs of green algae etc black indian sandstone patio slab teak garden furniture slate roof rendered walls concrete slope etc Seen no improvement in fact worringly black slab now has white grey patches Ok maybe needs more time and patience however my long standing goto was Patio Magic which has always been brilliant and a lot cheaper than Wet Forget worked well on the slate roof and furniture but not walls and slabs hence my tryout with W F but no positive signs nor worth the premium price

Didn t work

Heard lots of good reports about this product but applied to teak decking and 7 weeks later there is very little change I am sure a mix of white wine vinegar and washing up liquid would work betterWon t be purchasing again as not worth the money

I bought from Costco two weeks ago Followed the instructions to the letter Two weeks later patio still the same Either my Wet Forget Outdoor Mould Lichen Algae Remover was from a bad batch or this is complete waste of money Not impressed back to using jet washer

Poor Delivery Companies

It wasn t the Company I purchased the Wet and Forget from it was the delivery Company at fault DPD delivered the parcel to my next door neighbour on the front door step It could have been stolen from that position I had specifically told them if I was not in to leave in the back garden in a box I was actually in the house when the parcel was delivered and the driver didn t even ring my doorbell before leaving next door Not good service But I think the Company will still be using DPD

Doesn t work

I applied Wet and Forget Rapid to my front driveway block pavia 2 months ago It was not very heavily soiled but I can see no difference whatsoever - the lichen has not disappeared I have spent 40 on this product I cannot see how waiting longer will make any difference I do not feel it is reasonable to have to spend yet more months with a dirty driveway and would like a refund I can provide evidence of my purchase at Wickes

Did not work at all in fact green algea is worse

Bought 2 x 5 litres of Wet Forget on 19th Sept 2023 after reading the reviews online Paid just short of 60 Very dissapointed with the results I followed the instruction to the letter diluted as suggested and even sprayed twice over just to be sure It just did not work at all in fact the green algea is worse now on my concrete flagged patio and concrete driveway I definitely will not be buying again I will still have to jest wash as usual Just wasted 60 and a couple of hours work
