My apologies to Wet and Forget direct supplier I ordered the product Wet and Forget through EBay I have never implied the product was brought directly with Wet and Forget The order was placed with MithuTraders Order number 25-09935-9393225-09935-93932 for 59 94 The payment was verified and payment was taken through my bank account as normal The Carrier TNT FedEX was given the order and delivery times were subsequently confirmed However I NEVER received the consignment although I was home at the time stated Courier claimed items were left with an unknown resident who has not been traced No name photograph or signature ofa delivery has ever been offered up I was asked to review the product and service only Regrettably I never received the product hence the given rating and have since received a refund from eBay I hope this clarifies the situation Perhaps the chosen dealer Mithutraders can explain further Again no blame to manufacturers

If you have a cat think very carefully before using this product Having followed the instructions on the label we kept our cat in while it was applied and until it had fully dried However the next day after going out following rain our cat became very ill During emergency hospitalisation the Vetinary Poisons Information Service reported that the effects of cats digesting Benzylkonium Chloride the chemical in w f tends to be severe in cats She had a very high temperature difficulty in breathing and had to be put on oxygen and pain killers her tongue was swollen and ulcerated resulting in the special hairs on her tongue being totally burnt and 4 days in vet care I have asked the company to include a warning on their packaging but have been informed that the product complies with Health Safety Executive

The product received is not what was ordered and despite three consecutive days of phoning to get through to speak to Customer Service all I got was the Order Line telling me that an email would be sent through to them and they would contact me as soon as possible Almost a week later no one has contacted me

Ordered wet and forget they have taken payment 3 times have rang them 5 times which someone did eventually call me back but blatantly lied and said they haven t taken the payments but bank confirmed they have

Awful avoid at all costs Not the product but the service at wet and forget I never received my product despite making an online order directly through the website and NOT a third party Every contact I have tried to make I ve been met with rude individuals the other end of the phone consistently giving me the run around being told someone will call me back That s never happened My only saving grace is I ordered the smallest product I could as a trial with thinking I would purchase more depending on how it went Thank god I didn t spend the money Honestly horrendous poor service- can t imagine the product is any good if this is their customer service Is this even a legitimate company I do wonder

Wanted to purchase two items from wet and forget and tried to order 4 times on two different days without success What a terrible website My items were listed as in stock and were put into my basket but when it came to the payment page it told me my basket was empty

White lichen on concrete paving not touched by this product 2 months after use Not convinced that I will see any change in the future In conclusion suspect it may only work on green algae moss and black spot and that s where it s effectiveness ends

Never ordered as problem with payment method and w f are going to call me back which I m still waiting for Not sure why I got another trustpilot to review again Something not right with w f systems
