just used the Rapid Wet Forget and

just used the Rapid Wet Forget and was sure that it was all connected OK However on turning the tap on and the Water On the item all i got was just clear water there was a couple of time the spray was frothy but not on consistently So what have i not done

Not as good as it used to be

I ve been using this product for quite a few years and it was very good However the last couple of applications it has not been good at all Don t know whether they have changed the ingredients or strength but unfortunately it s not as good as it used to be This was the usual area cleaned and same contamination as usual

Poor courier service

DPD messaged to say they had tried to deliver but failed There was no attempt to deliver as we were at home all day They then left the package at our local pick up point the next day with a further message to say we could collect No great inconvenience but a blatant untruth The failed delivery had more to do with it failing late in the day and presumably at the end of the driver s shift

Web purchases are tricky

Your web ordering system is not working Initially it would not allow me to make a purchase and eventually when I did place an order it was cancelled without telling me The only reason for the second star was that I did manage to order over the phone Its a pity- because the product is really good But there is competition and you need to make it easy to order not difficult

Only part order received initially

Unfortunately part of my order was lost somewhere between leaving the wet and forget depot the courier and my home Having chased for the whereabouts of my missing parcel I was told a replacement would be sent I had to wait a while longer for the replacement which meant that my dad went without his father s day gift so was not ideal

Beware

Ok so the product does do what it is supposed to that is remove green algae from my fence It worked within 30mins However what is also done was remove the paint from my fence and killed my grass Both things it was not supposed to do and I emailed the company specifically asking both questions prior to purchase I have contacted customer services twice and they didn t address my problem EDIT I emailed you twice already and sent pictures I used the algae remover obvs bought from your Amz shop Followed measurements correctly

Bit disappointed by the company s customer service

The product is good Ive used it before The product was supposed to be free postage there wasn t enough postage paid so I had to pay 3 50 to get the parcel I wrote to customer service and never heard back
