I was unable to make purchase easily

Wet and forget works for me HOWEVER Am horrified at the extortionate 49 charge for a one time hose connect long range spray Can you please supply the squirter nozzle bottle as re usable Surely your longer term sales would benefit from people buying it plus the extra W F moss liquid Please consider it at your next meeting Thank you Let customers know your decision They re all waiting

Wet Forget were efficient

I was unable to make purchas on like because your site says that you accept American Express cards and you do not I had to telephone twice the first lady put me on hold for ages until the line went dead The man that took my second call was more helpful Lastly your carrier said he could not deliver although when placing the order I gave to leave on front porch in fact I was at home when he supposedly called

Delivery Instructions not followed just left on doorstep

Wet Forget were efficient dispatched my order promptly DPD the courier claimed they called at the promised time when in fact they didn t call at all They asked me to rearrange a time for delivery as if it was my mistake

Goods were delivered on correct day however goods were just left on doorstep instead of being delivered to a neighbour as specified on the delivery instructions Not very satisfactory No problem with the product we have been regular users for about 8 years always good results

Tried it on a few patio flags

i cant really give anymore stars at moment due to only recently using however it has already cleared paving of green and killed all stuff inbetween blocks Regarding the patio looking cleaner i cannot see a difference at the moment perhapes due to constant good weather and no rain Hopefully we may see a differnce after some rainfall and in the forthcoming months

I have used wet and forget patio

I have used wet and forget patio cleaner for many years and really pleased with the product so decided to try the window cleaner very disappointed especially at the price point Will not be purchasing again

will work dependent on how long the mould has been on the concrete

The solution was easy to apply However after applying one coat and leaving for a couple of days only part of the green mould has cleared I will apply another coat in a months time and hope this will completely remove the problem

Great product Poor service

The reason for the three stars is because it took a week 5 business days to reach me instead of the two business days as stated on the W F website The courier messaged me on day 1 to say that they were awaiting receipt of my order and a query on day three to W F was responded with something like we re experiencing some delays at the moment it should be with you soon If you can t get it delivered in two business days then don t put it on your website As regards the product its superb I ve been using it for years and it has never let me down Unlike the delivery
