Great product looks fab We tried samples before we decided what to order I ordered over the telephone the gentleman was helpful and interested The order came late but was wrapped well and no damage Fitting was easy and very pleased

From the first call i made i was bowled over by the service I was provided Rupert said he would whatsapp me photos of 6 different flooring products I was interested in as on computer screens they don t always show as true And within minutes he had gone into the warehouse and taken the photos I placed the order and was told they would be with me the next day At 21 45 the next evening my phone rang and it was the drivers still out from Scotland delivering throughout the country They were polite answered my messages and when our ring doorbell failed to alert us sensibly left the package in our bin store and texted to tell us it was there This company has giving me exceptional customer service and i wouldn t hesitate to use them again or recommend them Our plumber was also so impressed with the service and quality of the flooring he has already recommended them to a client Well Done Rupert and Team If only all customer service was like this

Needed wetwall asap David from the Hillington shop got it sorted and delivered to me the next day Wetwall panels are far superior to the ones that were replaced I opted for the Carrera Blanco gloss marble panels they are modern and look fabulous First class professional and friendly service will definitely be recommending them

I ordered 2 Shower Wall Panels I only used the standard delivery method so they took a few days to arrive but this wasn t a problem The panels were well packaged and arrived undamaged Good service from this company no complaints from me

Fantastic product and brilliant customer service Stuart deserves a big mention as had problems with the delivery service on the Isle Of Man but he was very helpful in helping getting it sorted Would certainly recommend using them especially as living on an Island their product even with delivery cost was still half the price of buying it locally Bought ceiling kit and wall boards and bathroom looks brilliant
