First time using an auction site Easy to navigate site and whisky boxes arrived in good condition - all well packaged up Make sure you have a good look at the pictures as some bottle seals looked a bit a bit worn torn Also CHECK the commission rates on purchases as they add up

Great auction online Items always well packaged And fair commission on items Only thing which is a small matter I have asked last 2 times if the my parcel can be delivered Monday or Tuesday even weekend They said no problem but they come no house days Only reason I asked for those days am at work and my neighbours works nights So not to wake them up for a parcel But like I said very happy otherwise thank you

Well packaged and promptly delivered as usual It does work out rather expensive for courier delivery when you only win one low value item in the auction

5 stars is not beyond their reach

WA have a very good system in getting my lots to me in a timely manner The reason I have not given them 5 stars is because of their high commission rate of 15 The majority of websites I buy from are 10 so 50 difference is a lot when you also have to take currency fluctuations into account
