Far too expensive The final amount to pay after hidden charges ie vat commission and postage nearly doubles thebid total

terrible experience for myself having paid good money for rubbish productsstaff were unable to resolve this issue in a professional manner

Poorly described bottles last bottles came with marks etc cardboard bottle boxes stained crumpled etc no mention of this in the description very hard to see this kind of damage from 2 photos very disapointingI am fully aware you are an auctioneer site but unlike other auctioneer sites who cleary describe damage to bottles bottle boxes etc you did notTo be clear there was nothing in the description stating the boxes were badly worn stained torn in places the bottle tops were marked which cannot be seen from 2 photosI feel these damages should have been clearly noted in the description had they been i would not have bought themAs a collector i am always looking for quality goodsAs you are aware of how many bottles etc i have bought in the past it should be simple to check back and see the lack of information provided on each sale pageThe damaged bottles and boxes were not damaged in transit the damages were age oldI was asked to leave a review this is an honest review

Never heard of an auction where the buyer pays commission Once you add commission fees onto the bottle price you pay over and above shop prices

Not apparent that there are excess fees on more expensive bottles Fees are too high in general as is transport costs A whisky bought bought for 22 at auction ends up being easily over 33

Unclear bidding platform ended up buying two of same bottles buyers beware Also no communication of when delivery would take place until day before it arrived more than a week after they took money

Whisky auction are using probably the worst delivery company in the world Parcelforce We lost 2 days of work to wait for the delivery in 2 different Fridays but they never came close to our house Whisky auction got in touch with parcelforce but still no delivery I asked Whisky auction repeated times for a refund but I only got back 8 for the delivery charges Will never buy again from them

Charges are way over the top compared to others
