Stayed at blossom street in York

Stayed at blossom street in York Was ok room clean ect Only not so good was when we was in restaurant a man was choking and staff just walked past him not bothered if it wasn t for myself and my friend giving him immediate first aid he could of potentially died staff need to observe more

Not very bright offering free breakfasts to people who book rooms Does this not downgrade people who own large number of shares who PAY FOR THE BENEFIT

I want to make a booking with Premier

I want to make a booking with Premier Inn a Whitbread subsidiary but raised a query re LHR vicinity hotels a week ago but no reply yet Website says it will take 10 days for them to get a round tuit and even states Our teams are working hard to get back to you during these busy times and we hope to return to service-as-usual as soon as we can Sounds to me like Whitbread have taken an axe to their customer relations team Ridiculous

No reply to my polite complaint - WHY

I have emailed several times over the past 2 weeks to complain that they have taken away my stash of beefeater rewards points but haven t had any reply For a company the size of Whitbread surely their customer service department has a couple of people who can send quick replies to customers It could be the difference between a one-star review and perhaps a 3 or 4-star review People don t mind problems occurring if the company tries to rectify it or at least make a nice gesture of some sort but just ignoring polite complaints is stupid

Miserable experience in hotel restaurants

Stayed in two Premier Inn hotels over the last two weeks Rhuddlan and Sale Manchester and both were pretty shocking Very run down and tired tired and fed up staff and stingy with the basics such as tea bags etc but that was nothing compared to the abject misery that is their restaurants Table Table and Brewers Fayre The most miserable experience we ve ever had cold food hardly any of it dirty tables food all over the carpets miserable fed up staff again and a soulless experience all round

Tried booking Christmas Day dinner for

Tried booking Christmas Day dinner for 2024 booked back in beginning sept couldn t pay a deposit as had to wait there reply that took 3 weeks to find couldn t pay over the phone or nothing they only accepted cash wasn t even allowed to choose a 2 course So decided to cancel the Christmas dinner altogether never book with these again

Used to like this company Beefeater Premier inn

Used to like this company Until I got a ticket from Horizon Given a reason and yet want to rip people off with disability Even though it s Whitbreads premises Horislzon signage does inky say if no BLUEBADGE us not in view Looks like I will have to take further disability equality act Thanks Whitbread

Appalling customer service

Went for a meal at Willow Farm Rainham Got saddled with a 57 parking fine for using a monitored carpark with poor signage Spent days trying to contact Willow Farm directly can you believe no answer Got onto customer services at head office completely washed their hands of it and said they would not enter into any further correspondence Absolutely shocking will never darken their doors again

Overcharged by Beefeater

I had a loyalty Beefeater voucher for a bottle of wine They said they didn t have the wine covered by the voucher but would give me a more expensive one instead When I looked at the bill afterwards they had charged the difference I complained to the customer relations department and they just said I would have to take it up with the restaurant Also they said I couldn t have any shareholder discount when it is available on soft drinks The customer relations department refused to engage in correspondence about this Most other companies would go out of their way to keep you happy eg by giving you a voucher but not Whitbread

Don t Bother With Reward Bonus Cards

I have contacted Whitbread by email twice now as I have a Bonus Card but can t log in to my account I want to start using my card again but won t until my account is up and running properly Whitbread have only sent me an automated reply and haven t bothered to help Therefore I ll dine at Mitchell Butler restaurants instead At least their rewards work
