Had a Sunday lunch at table table Harley twist Doncaster Worst Sunday lunch i have ever had roast beef was swimming in a pool of blood and rest of dinner cold Waitress in denial said we always serve it rare rubbish I told her if t hat the case she must tell the customer before ordering no refund or replacement was offered Poor quality food and staff

TASTY REWARDS WASTE OF TIME

Over the last 2 years Whitbread s tasty rewards have be come a Total Joke you can not speck with anyone on the phone I have sent several emails to there CEO Mrs Alison Brittain with no contact what so ever DO YOURSELF A FAVER EVERYONE PLEASE PLEASE DONT USE THEM DONT USE TASTY REWARDS OR YOU WILL REGRECT IT I HAVE HAD LOTS OF POINT REMOVED ALL THEY SAY IT UP TO ME TO CHECK ON THEM YOU NEVER HAD TO DO THIS THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS CRAP

Absolutely awful

The Blue Cap Sandiway Arrived at 0855 dim lightingScreaming background musicCoffee was cold - replaced when notifiedEmpty restaurant bar two tables and seated at the entrance next to the buffet This then had further guests passing past the table all the way through breakfast Twenty fine minutes from ordering to breakfast on table Requested well cooked bacon the full breakfast arrive with undercooked bacon Sent back to crisp up the bacon Fried eggs were hard and overcookedWent for another coffee the one pot was emptyNot asked if sauces were requiredOverall a very poor experience I m not one to use McDonalds on a regular basis but I would rather have done breakfast there

Avoid like the plague

Its been almost 3 weeks since we were double charged for our stay at the Exeter Premier Inn As customer service proved to be non existent I escalated the issue to their CEO Dominic Paul Suffice it to say that we have yet to receive an apology let alone our refund You have been warned

Booked a table at one of their

Booked a table at one of their restaurants for my nephews 16th birthday The app let us book and when we turned up the restaurant was closed for refurbishment but then app still said it was open Wrote a complaint to whitbread and yet to hear anything Wrote a follow up and guess what Nothing Whitbread you should just say you don t care about customers and couldn t care less if you spoil someone s special night

If I could give a minus score I would Whitbread have no care for their customers whether they re Premier Inn or any other outlet Avoid anywhere that s owned by Whitbread as complaining will get you nowhere I complained by letter about a sham of stay in Warwick Premier Inn They pretty much accused me of being a liar saying I didn t report issues with the room to reception I did but the staff denied it They just want your money

No ability to escalate a complaint for Premier Inn AVOID

There is no way of properly escalating any concerns complaints to Premier Inn who are owned by Whitbread Today there was no hot water in the hotel The receptionist gave me an email address to contact which was outdated Why could the manager themselves not refund me Why give out outdated contacts Why when you use the Premier Inn feedback page is their SLA 40 days for responding if they ever do at all

Customer Services WHAT customer services Sent an enquiry to customer Services as to why I get offers for the parts of Whitbreads I don t cant use but NONE for the part I do use Got their received your email then NOTHING sent a chase no response here either In view of ever increasing prices for their meals decreasing in restaurant service it feels like Whitbreads are yrying to close down their restaurant business by making it unviable

Had a dreadful experience at the Brewer s Fayre in Newhaven We stayed overnight at the Premier Inn but the following morning were brusquely thrown out of the adjacent restaurant by the manager when he heard we d arrived on the Dieppe ferry This overnight stay is allowed under government self-isolating rules What s worse is we have so far received no acknowledgement or apology from Whitbread following our experience Avoid this place

OVERCHARGED NO CARE NO REFUND IN OVER TWO WEEKS

Less than one overcharged over two weeks ago no action from Frome flyer no action from head office despite sending proof chasing emailing and phoning Today someone put the phone down on me from the frome flyer as they can t help Appalling company no ethics or care for customer and the food wasn t great let alone charged twice and in over two weeks unable to get the money back Don t use them
