Good Value for money

The Drove in Newhaven East Sussex is part of the Whitbread group I have found that they offer excellent customer service and if there is a problem they do not quibble but either replace the food or give you a refund The staff are very friendly in particular Joe and Mitch Team Leaders and Sam and Jess There is another lady whose name I cannot remember The food is good particularly the Sammon Fillets We often go on the buy one get one free I can thoroughly recommend this restaurant

Special mention

I use Premier Inn fairly frequently because they give good value for money I rarely find much to criticise or single out for special praise And so it was with my most recent visit to Shrewsbury North but feel I should mention the very warm welcome and service provided by Vicky and Kelsey who were bright energetic cheerful and helpful

We visit table table centurion restaurant in Tamworth every week always treated with friendliness and respect always enjoy the food On our last visit due to unforseen circumstances only two people were covering the whole restaurant on Sunday morning would like to thank Kelly and Anneka for all their hard work to ensure customers were served as quickly as possible Well done and thank you from us Chris and the family

Stay at The Warriner at Thetford every year to meet up with Family every Year Table for eleven all wanting different meals all on a meal deal which is excellent value Lovely little waitress dealt with us promptly and was very informative meals came out quickly and all togetherThe head of restaurant for breakfast is a master of his craft eleven breakfasts each one different and all came out correctly all piping hot Quality of food excellent All of the staff were friendly

Recently visited The Centurion in TamworthI have to say the customer service skills the young lady who served us had were second to none She was friendly attentive very efficient and nothing was too much trouble - we will definitely be back Her name was 5378 Sophie L and she is a credit to your company

I ate at The Warrener in Thetford with my family today and I have to say what a wonderful experience I had I have an unusual food allergy but I have to say how fantastic Conor and the catering staff were I told them about my allergy and was given the allergen list of the menu but unfortunately my allergy wasn t on there but that didn t stop the staff from making sure anything I ordered wouldn t affect me They were brilliant and I can t fault their eye for detail on the ingredients in the menu

Roundhouse pub Littlehampton

Went to the Roundhouse pub and restaurant in Littlehampton this evening with my wife and daughters We were very much weary from a long day out The quality of the food and service was impeccable would definately return if the opportunity arose again We d like Whitbread to know that it was Saskia Candy and Nick who looked after us so well
