Have had my Leatherman Charge replaced twice over the last five years without any hassle at all It is a well made tool that gets used and abused all the time so the 25 year warranty is great to have Warranty procedure is straight forward but you do need to print out a claim form

I absolutely couldn t be without my leatherman I use it everyday and have done for the past 11 years so I was so disappointed when after years of heavy use one side of the plier jaws eventually sheared off I filled out a returns form and after only a week which felt like months I received an updated model in the post I can t recommend this company or their products highly enough This is the 3rd leatherman multitool I have owned first one I replaced with a higher spec some 30 years ago and the old one is still going strong and the second one I lost and I am a lifelong user of their tools and have purchased many others as gifts for friends and family

My husband is a gamekeeper and uses his leatherman everyday in his work and it was getting worn so he rang Whitby Co to see if he could get it refurbished they said send it back as it has a 25 year guarantee Fantastic service as it was only away not even a week and it looks like a new one Fabulous service I cannot rate this company highly enough Thank you

Great service for Leatherman warranty replacement

The tip of the blade on my old Leatherman multitool snapped off After looking online I found out that Whitby Co handle all Leatherman warranty returns in the UK I thought I d not really got anything to lose by posting the knife to Whitby Co to see if they could repair it I thought best case they replace the blade and I pay for the new blade and worst case they say they can t do anything and I get the tool back But to my surprise seven days after posting my old Leatherman to Whitby Co I received what appeared to be a brand new Leatherman in the post Exceptional service - thanks very much indeed I ll hopefully get many more years of service out of this new tool

Having damaged my Leatherman I returned the damaged item and to my amazement I received a brand new replacement within 7 days The service was exemplary if only all warranty claims were as good as this one Cannot rate highly enough
