Popped into the Solihull shop this morning with my mum to find her a dress ready for my graduation - The Staff were so lovely and helpful They suggested a dress which was perfect and we ended up buying it

I recently placed an online order and as I needed the items quickly I selected next day delivery When I received my order confirmation it looked like there was a discrepancy regarding the delivery option I contacted White Stuff by email to query this and received a prompt reply from Jason in customer services He looked into it and ensured my items were delivered next day as required I was even refunded the delivery charge for the confusion caused Excellent customer service and great quality clothing

I actually had a horrible experience due to the fact that Hermes lost 2 of my White Stuff orders during the Black Friday sales However the Customer Service was excellent Incredible Matthew in particular made a disappointing situation bearable The whole customer service team was great but Matthew s kind funny and efficient manner was above and beyond I had to deal with several companies during my Hermes nightmare they lost 7 packages during the Black Friday period no lie 7 but the White Stuff was by far the most Customer friendly company You can definitely trust this company

Lovely items of excellent quality My wife loves both the outfits she got from Portsmouth store I had a tiny problem which Liz and Emma immediately remedied Customer service is outstanding

Great colours and patterns but the sleeves are always very tight

I just got a colourblock jumper from White Stuff and I like it very much The best aspect of the brand in my view is that they have more exciting colours and patterns than their competitors Their fabrics are mostly synthetic but there s usually a bit of natural that elevates the quality I mostly have knitwear from them which is always quite light as well as some tops and the odd pair of trousers I shop mostly in the sales when there isn t great size availability but items are more affordable I do think full price is a bit overpriced for what you re getting The one gripe I have with them is that their sleeves are consistently tight I do go to the gym and my arms a bit more muscular than average but I don t particularly have this problem with any other brand It means I do often have to size up which makes tops and knitwear quite baggy or just return the item

Witney store is a pleasant place for shopping and the staff made my visit worthwhile Special thanks to Alicja who recommended a jumper which I love and I keep getting compliments about it THANK YOU

Really amazing customer service The chat was so quick and straightaway I wad through to a real person I was looking for express delivery but hadn t been able to choose it at checkout - Matthew sorted it for me and even upgraded me for free 10 10 great service

Excellent customer service and great shops

Excellent customer service online and lovely staff in store I ve been visiting my local Witney and Oxford stores for years now - your staff members at both of these stores are great I haven t bought much lately from White Stuff recently though as I am struggling to find many things that I like the look of in recent months especially since the rebranding I used to love everything but these days I m finding it all a bit samey Maybe 40 year old women are no longer the White Stuff target market - but hopefully it is just the things that have been available lately that I m not keen on Also I do find that the items often look better in store than they do online Quality still looks good though and I m glad you re still doing the classics like the suede wedge boots which I ve been buying for years now
