They the worse vendor ever

They the worse vendor I ve ever used After trying and trying they mess up something in my order every time They don t even require sales permits and they still pictures and remake clothes in Chinese size we have to stop letting them take our money because they just send you anything and quality be thin and cheap af When you let them know about a mistake they made you have to spend MORE money just to receive a refund or they will under price you I hate this vendor

If I could give it -1 stars I would do it for various reasons They offer products that are not available you place an order and then they write to you to tell you that half of the order you made is not available The merchandise does not arrive on time they damage your inventory they debit your payment at the moment and then tell you that the merchandise does not exist or that it will take too long to do They don t look for options to keep the customer satisfied or to try to compensate for the damage They simply give you back a part of the money and solve as much as you can To this add that the merchandise on many occasions comes of very poor quality broken dirty and poorly made Really disappointed

Too good to be true Everything was a smooth process my order came on time I got free item fast service everything When i order come what they advertised an what I got was two completely different item and to top it off all the I was receiving fast replies from them as I send the pictures and told them about it no one replied me
