Avoid unless you want to waste your time and money I placed an order on an item which was clearly in stock on their page Waited a few days and I didn t hear anything from them Sent a message and they stated the order is processing Waited yet a few more days and sent another message and they claimed the item is out of stock and claimed that they had emailed me and to check my spam folder it wasn t there They asked me if I wanted to get something else instead I was tired of their deceitful attitude and asked for a refund They claimed they have sent me a refund but after pressing them further they claim they have refunded me as store credit even though I specifically stated I wanted a refund to my original payment method If you want to deal with a shoddy and deceitful service use this company I will not touch this company again with a five foot pole

Was the worse experience ever when I buy same they I told the was super important they told me to don t worried as I pay quick delivery so I get it soon After more than 10 days waiting I ask what s going on they write me your order is being send Waite 24Hr I was waiting a week I ask every day and every day they say Waite 24Hr After one week with that situation I ask them to give me tracking number and information of delivery company they say fedex loss the package I tell them how hungry I was and they answer sorry was a mistake and is been send now 5 day more waiting I ask and they told me fedex can t send it they say they will send with Ups and after 5 more days they cancel my order That order was really important for our business Thais other company give me solution Don t buy here because you will spend time and money I have already opened International dispute again this company

DO NOT order from this site if you are based in the UK ordered over 200 worth of stock for my boutique then I got a very unprofessional dodgy looking email saying my orders been accepted I then googled the site for reviews and read loads of negative things about how they try and take more money off you I then received a email saying they re courier don t ship to the UK and I must pay an extra 35 to figure something out Long story short after 6 days of CONSTANT emails and threats they done exactly what a negative review said and refunded my money but as credit to their website which I can never use because they don t ship to the uk I JUST got my refund after being overly persistent but please please avoid this site

Disgusting quality and dirty items
I ve been a loyal customer and I will no longer be shopping here They keep sending me dirty stained damaged items and they also keep missing items When I sent them proof they don t really do anything about it but try to get you to waste more money on their products that do not look anything like the photos they post The sizes are always completely off and their clothes are such low quality yet they charge retail prices for see through items with bad stitching Their items won t last more than 2 washes Don t waste your money here they re frauds
