The worse drop shipping company that you could work with honestly Avoid like the plague They state that they offer 10-15 days shipping but they are lying They literally use the cheapest and slowest shipping lines like China Post to ship your orders and make a huge mark up profit by charging you what a private agent would charge for shipping your goods that should normally take no longer than 10-14 days When I started receiving more orders I literally got so many Chargebacks and refunds from customers because of Wiio s slow shipping and poor service Seriously avoid them and do not use

I guess somewhat reading the reviews-1 do get you upset after checking out the website which is decently well done and user friendly I have read through the FAQ and About US pages and they all were promising So I just messaged this girl who apparently says works for WIIO who had sent me the website link I further asked where their warehouse address in the US was She wasn t able to answer that she replied that their warehouse is in China but I kept asking about the one in US 3 times she finally gave no reply

Wiio offers an all-in-one dropshipping service for sourcing shipping and fulfilment from China I haven t used their services yet but the customer support is great
