Really bad customer service impossible to deal with them during this time Can t even see the effort

The worst ever fulfillment company out there

The most terrible company out there Straight up scammers They lie about shipping speed take 15 days to ship products and won t do jack s t to fix any of those Paid for 10-15 days shipping Of course Your order will get there in 1-2 months that s only when it gets shipped 12 days after you placed it Their latest scam - you place an order with them they give you a tracking number and then 10 days later they d be like oh sorry the carrier told us it will cost you an extra 6 2 to ship it So you ve lost 10 days and now have to source it somewhere else while your customer already thinks their item is shipped Recently checked my stats and I had raised 202 support tickets due to various issues with them That s from like 600 orders F king every third order And these paid reviews whoever ordered them Nick is that you must be joking I know 0 people who used it and would say a single good word about this crap Wanna kill you business sure go ahead use wiio Never again do I ever place a single order

Just Be Careful

I ll give you one example You place an order from Wiio You pay for fast freight shipping which promises 5-8 days delivery with tracking But in reality the package never arrived sooner than 18 days and some of them took to 45 days to deliver And tracking Non existent Orders would be just marked as shipped And that was all After 20-30-40 days you have no idea where it is Now imagine you scale a product and you have over 400 orders And customer support That is the biggest joke ever You will get a response eventually which will be the biggest non answer ever Please be patient It will arrive Boy was there a lesson to be learned there They damaged lots of drop shippers But why people don t know about it Because the owner Nick Peroni will delete every negative comment wherever he can I hope that won t be a case here

DO NOT ever ever ever SCALE with WIIO It is all I can say the most important thing you need to know about this fulfillment agency Its owner Nick Peroni very successfully hides the real truth of dealing with him and his business Heads up

Wiio will destroy your shop they take 3 month and not even delivered if you Read good review of wiio its a lie all review you can read with more 1 star it s a lie because they Dont deserve 1 star 100 order with them 3 or 4 delivered just a shame Aliexpress do a much better job

Wiio could ruin your business

It certainly blew of my head Orders arriving too late And customer service takes too long to respond Quite a few orders take more than a month to arrive And than you try to push them to resolve the problem and they usually give an explanation that doesn t help you much and they say that they can resend the product but you have to pay extra I gave up on them I do not like this company policy

They do not communicate to answer your simple questions like what are shipping costs how long does it take I asked for a quote for 50 pieces of an item to one customer and they did not reply except to send the order so they just seem to want you to send orders pay for their service and you have no ideal what the cost is going to be until you send the orders

I feel betrayed Worthless customer support too

So this is the case I have done a lot of dropshipping before and decided to start again this fall This time I wanted to do DS with an agent so I got in contact with your agent with the number 86 187 1114 6879 For a couple weeks ago I wanted him to qoute some products It took him 2-3 weeks to do that That should be done by 2 days During this time I sold 3 products He promised me that he wiio should fullfill the orders within 1-3 days It has been 10 days now And the thing is he is not responding me what so ever Not a single response in 10 days but I can see that he is online I therefore contacted your support chatt after a couple hours I got a respone with a new number to a new agent 86 177 5803 1067 He answerd straight away and told me he would look into it but then he tell me to wait for my first agent agent2 said that agent1 should contact me it has been a couple days now Agent2 has stopped responding him to after he told me to wait for agent1 I have tried to call them too but no response The support chatt responds very slow also I have 100 USD on your account and I want them back so I can get another agent from another company Wiio are scamers

What a shocking experience

I approached the company via its website chat and asked to speak to a sales representative in order to fully understand their ability to provide general 3PL service Shortly after I was contacted on Whatsapp by someone named Anthony with a photo of a half-nude guy who presented himself as a dropshipping agent from WIIO When I asked what made him use such a photo in a business profile he responded by calling me a w nker mocking my standard portrait photo and immediately blocking me A few minutes later he unblocked me made another mocking remark and blocked me again Even the complete lack of response from my side didn t stop him from repeating the above for the third time This is something one could expect to see maybe in some teenager chat room but definitely not from a representative of a respectable business entity Naturally I assumed that I was dealing with an employee who didn t realize that he represents a company so I headed back to the WIIO site chat to ask to speak with someone less aggressive only to discover that I was blocked there as well Much as I d like to believe that it was a rare incident of an unruly employee the blocking on WIIO implies that behind the very impressive website the company is run by a couple of 12-year-old kids I d be more than happy to provide a transcript and screenshots of the chat including the phone number and the photo of the representative to Trustpilot and WIIO officials for further investigation

Please do not work with them you ll lose money and they ll leave you hanging

First they won t ship the items on time but would update the tracking numbers as soon as you place orders They don t do refund only store credits which is ridiculous The processing time is really slow and they d sometimes take 20 days or more to ship out your orders because friend the factory says it would take another week to have in stock but that was not an issue when you guys are quoting a price for item eh Only when you get the money out of our pockets you d realize that oh It ll take another week and then another week I lost 1500 while working with these nut heads because of the disputes and returns and oh completely forgot they d send a wrong size and then wouldn t take a responsibility for it For all those who are thinking to work with them please remember that they would treat you like a customer not a partner and all they d care about is getting the money out your pockets Most of the Positive Reviews are Fake AF so please do not believe them I worked with them for the month of March and they really messed up my system because of their unprofessional service
