I recently made an order of few wine

I recently made an order of few wine boxes over the phone on a Thursday and agreed with the gentleman it would be delivered on Tuesday Come Tuesday I saw nothing Then I called on Wednesday just to find out the gentleman had simply omitted to enter my order into the system Luckily the lady I had on that Wednesday made sure I had my delivery the next day Thanks a million to her but customers need assurance that their family arrangements are not likely to be disrupted by tired employees at Wijnbeurs Thank you

Post NL provides poor service

Sorry I can read Dutch but cannot speak nor write Wijnbeurs is OK but yout delivery is a real mess so I don t think we will order anything ever again There are only two tentatives and then they send it back and we are supposed to wait from 8 30 to 21 30 The second day the slot is a bit more reduced but if we cannot be at home for some reason our order is returned to the provider It is not acceptable that post nl does not have a space where we could pick up our order at more suitable time I hope this input will help you to improve your services And it is not the first time we had problems with delibery service Best Marija Cvetkovic
