Customer service doesn t exist

My progress won t save and just disappears and I have to start all over I messaged customer service and never heard from them Don t waste your time or money with this company I don t want a refund I just want the game to work right

I purchased several games from Wild Tangent I have some medical issues and wanted games books videos etc to help pass time during treatments With two of the games Christmas Wonderland 4 and Christmas Wonderland 5 initially worked correctly and after a bit I would get an error code I went on the Support tab to ask that they either correct the game or return my money It took THREE emails to Wild Tangent Support before the replied They gave me several tasks to perform to hopefully take care of the issue I would follow the directions and contact Alice and told her nothing had changed Brilliant person that she obviously is asked me what actions I had taken to correct the issue I instructed her to check HER EMAIL TO ME to find out what actions I had taken After 2-3 weeks Alice told me that since the issue came up AFTER I HAD PURCHASED AND DOWNLOADED THE GAME THAT THEY WERE NOT RESPONSIBLE I questioned asking her how and why I would be able to know the future in order to know which downloads would work and which would not She told me that she was proud to be working for this organization and there was NOTHING SHE COULD DO Please-please-please do NOT purchase anything from this provider unless of course you are psychic and would know which games would work and which would not

I have been with wildtangent Games for several years I used to love the access to all the games they had on websight The new layout is great but now with the new changes I pay 7 99 a month to have access to pay for games at a lower rate You can rent a game for 4 hours but you have to play continuously for that 4 hours or you lose your time Or play the unlimited play games you have access to which are obviously the games that dont make them any money This is a rip off It makes me super sad because I have been such a loyal customer for over 9 years Unfortunatly I will not be purchasing any more games from them

Never buy a game from them they will steal your money So just a few days ago I decided to buy an old game from them that I had played in my youth Cost me 14 dollars for two games and I played it for a few hours left and went to bed The next morning I go on to play it and it said my rental was over and that I would have to join their subscription in order to continue playing the game I already paid for So yeah they used to be good back in the day but now they are nothing but scam artists

I have been a member for at least 7 years I have been trying to get my password reset since Nov 3 I write everyday asking for help I have received advice but no help I have tried everything I just need to reset password I receive their email stating my support So how come I can t get email with the temporary password so I can use my over 299 wild coins Again since No 3 Never had a problem in the pass years

I bought a game last week Road Trip USA that freezes every time I play it I have sent 4 emails to their so called customer service to get a refund and haven t heard anything from anyone You only get 7 days to get a refund but they won t respond Not only that there isn t a phone number to talk to anyone How is this legal How are they in business So PLEASE don t do any business with this rip off company called Wild Tangent Games They suck
