Used once before was good now bad

Used once before and thought very good just tried again to use online store and it won t take credit card payments tried several times and it just refused drove me nuts

Incorrect wiper blade shown on their website and no response to my emails

I visited the website and keyed in the registration number of the car This gave me the replacement wipers for this particular car However when I received the wiper blade in the post it was the wrong blade I looked on Halford s website and carried out the same exercise and found the correct blade I emailed Windscreenwipers on 1 September 2023 and advised them that the incorrect wiper blade is shown on their website and asked for a return and supply of the correct one I received no response so I emailed them again on the 6 September 2023 and again I received no response Their website states we aim to answer all email enquiries within one working day I have now requested a charge back from the credit card company
