Best customer experience ever

Dealing with Wood Wire was the single best customer experience I have ever had They helped us design a kitchen for our new house about 18 months ago from start to finish This was during a Covid peak so all communication was online but even so they managed to carefully guide us every step of the way I even got a follow-up call 6 months after delivery just to see if everything was ok How amazing is that We love our kitchen Everything fitted perfectly and everything was exactly as expected It is built to last unlike many other kitchens today - and it is built by people who take great pride in their work We highly recommend Wood Wire and we look forward to working with them again on some future project at our home

Can t recommend highly enough

Despite having to do most of the design of the kitchen via email w Ange Slobodzian at Wood Wire we re in London they re in Yorkshire and the assorted effects of the lockdowns during the pandemic the team at Wood Wire came up trumps with a beautifully designed and well-made kitchen that has transformed our lives Can t recommend highly enough

Brilliant company

Wood and Wire have been incredible to work with from start to finish The customer service is fantastic - all of the staff are lovely great to work with and they take immense pride in their work We started off with a kitchen and were so happy and impressed that we have gone on to use the team for most of the downstairs of our house - including utility room hallway coat cupboards sofa and sideboards They have really taken the time to listen to our needs and have come up with amazing design ideas Can t recommend them highly enough

Fabulous experience working with Wood and Wire

From the initial planning right through to the installation it was great dealing with everyone in the team at Wood and Wire They are friendly and professional and really listened to and understood what we wanted to create our kitchen - and also gave us very helpful advice all along the way The installation team were a pleasure to have in our house We would thoroughly recommend Wood and Wire to anyone wanting to create a truly bespoke and beautiful kitchen

Our kitchen is fantastic

Our kitchen is fantastic - better than we could have imagined The team were really helpful throughout the process - our project was delayed from our end due to needing to get other work done first The actual process of installing the kitchen was really quick and the team made it very straightforward Huge attention to detail was paid and minor imperfections taken back to the workshop to amend which as a customer is exactly what I we would want Laura designed our perfect kitchen and Joe Tom have installed it perfectly Thank you for all your hard work
