I am thrilled with my kitchen and really appreciated the design advice and support I received in making what felt like monumental decisions at the time

Very pleased with the product just how we imagined it however it took about 4 months from our expression of interest to installation far too long

Had wardrobe doors and drawer fronts replaced Excellent workmanship 4 stars given because from first contact to completion took a long time partly due to attention to detail on their behalf but well worth the wait

The kitchen is amazing - just what we wanted The design process was very smooth and lots of options were given It wasn t made totally clear to us what material options were included in the quoted price and which ones weren t so we had a little surprise about that as our choices put the quote up quite a bit The great thing about this company is that they are used to working with renovations so there was a lot of understanding and flexibility about timings and the processes we were going through in general There were a few mistakes made in the workshop that meant certain items in the kitchen had to be re-made or amended either onsite or in the workshop This happened about 4 times but there was never any issue with putting things right Tim and his team including Jim our fitter were very easy to deal with and very professional These small issues meant some delays to finishing the kitchen but this wasn t a problem as the whole job couldn t be finished until after the floorer had done his work We are more than happy with our kitchen It is totally unique and perfectly reflects our taste It is also really sturdy and built to last We re so happy we went with Wood Wire

I have the kitchen of my dreams The quality and design is beautiful with character and style that suits our house Getting the final measurements sorted over the phone was a bit tedious but I guess necessary as we were having cupboards and shelves where the under stairs cupboard used to be Very very happy with the layout and also appreciate the experience and advice from Jim around the space needed for placing a dining table We have been so happy with the quality that W W are now designing and fitting a cloak area in a corridor next to the kitchen Looking forward to completing our project
