Useless

Useless if you are applying for Woodsure Registration Don t seem to have any idea that payment has been made or that the manual has been completed They never get back to you if you call or email

Absolutely horrible vile and snide

Absolutely horrible vile and snide company Try to bully and harass vendors into signing up for their Mickey Mouse scheme and when they don t they report them to Trading Standards and the Local Authority Why would anyone give them money after that Hopefully they will go out of business soon On another note don t believe all the positive reviews on here either Go read the Google reviews for a more accurate version They are only getting 1 star as there is not a 0 star option

Very helpful staff flawed scheme

The staff at Woodsure were so helpful and made the process very painless The scheme however is somewhat flawed as it doesn t apply to all sellers of firewood and only to bigger businesses who have to comply which will not eliminate traders selling wet firewood at cheaper prices It relies on the consumer making responsible decisions which unfortunately does not work

Everyone at Woodsure has been so extremely helpful I have had a complicated situation which has involved a lot of back and forth - and plenty of questions All of which have been dealt with in detail with patience and in a very kindly way

The customer service we received today was excellent We had problems with completing the renewal due to our particular circumstances not the renewal process and our advisor new to the team was fantastic - extremely helpful friendly and professional Thank you for sorting our problem so efficiently

Helpful company to deal with

Helpful company to deal withWe are a small family run business who were looking to sell firewood as an additional revenue stream Unsure as to how best to do this within the government guidelines we spoke to a lovely lady called Nicole who was very knowledgeable and informed us which licence would best meet our needs She was very supportive in guiding us through the registration process and our application went through smoothly Whenever we had a query or wanted to get an update on our application calls and emails were answered swiftly and politely Would recommend

We received outstanding help from Robert this week We were up against a very tight deadline to receive testing and certification for a product Robert listened and understood the situation and went the extra mile to chase and follow our request through A massive thank you

Fantastic Service

We requested a revised Biomass certificate from Woodsure as part of our non-domestic RHI registration We requested this in the morning and within 3 hours Robert Cain the Woodschemes registration officer had emailed us a copy Fantastic service Just imagine how well this country would function if everyone operated as effeciently as Robert
