I am here in desperation

I am here in desperation as Woodsure seem to reply to their reviews which is more than they do to their emails They did also ask me to leave them a review Have been trying to register for the new self supplier scheme for two months now Not a single reply to any of my emails and the phone just times out and asks you to leave a message for them to call back which they don t The deadline for the scheme registration is the end of this month and they are now clearly completely over-run predictable and could have been planned for Given what I m paying to be part of this scheme and how long ago I started my application this is abysmal As you don t reply to your emails and you re now telling people not to call you on your recorded message maybe you can get back to me here and do some damage limitation I think you ll have a few more of this type of review coming your way in the next few days unless you get your act together

Useless if you are applying for Woodsure Registration Don t seem to have any idea that payment has been made or that the manual has been completed They never get back to you if you call or email

Absolutely horrible vile and snide company Try to bully and harass vendors into signing up for their Mickey Mouse scheme and when they don t they report them to Trading Standards and the Local Authority Why would anyone give them money after that Hopefully they will go out of business soon On another note don t believe all the positive reviews on here either Go read the Google reviews for a more accurate version They are only getting 1 star as there is not a 0 star option
