A really good customer experience Erin was able to explain an area of business that is not my every day work She understood the issue I was experiencing how it could be resolved but most importantly she offered to help Within 15 mins of my follow up email providing information she fed back an revised certificate with the correct information I wish all customer service could be like this Thank you Erin
