SUPERB Customer Service

The customer service is superb The response time is immediate together with follow-up Christian went above and beyond to assist me with a misplaced box that was part of a shipment He was fully prepared to replace the shipment but I wasn t comfortable with how it was handled on our end so until I could resolve that we put the claim on hold He was so accommodating professional and overly helpful My experience with Wordans exceeds all expectations

Cristina best customer service ever

I have tried for five day to contact the australian customer service by email and phone No one has answered to my request Plus the number which suppose to refer to brisbane office doesnt exist Cristina from the italian customer service was very very helpfull She fixed the issue in a couple of hours Now lucky me as italia i had the opportunity to speak with cristina which btw also speak a very good english but what about the rest of australian customer Thanks one more time to Cristina
