Excellent cutomer service help from Chrisitian i ll be back

Christian provided a prompt response to an error with my order and fixed the issue quickly

I had an order that I needed quickly before I left town and Lorenzo was very helpful in getting the order expedited to me He stayed in touch and let me know that he was continuing to work on the issue I really appreciate his attentiveness and diligence

I contacted the service department a couple of times and I can tell you that the customer support agent ROSS was exceptional Very helpful courteous and knowledgeable One of the main reasons for shopping here is the service Thank you Mr Ross it s refreshing to see that there are still people that take pride in their work

I had such difficulty placing an order online - my payment was processed on paypal TD and I had received an invoice of the transaction - HOWEVER I was never sent tracking info nor was my order visible in the system After a couple weeks with no sweaters or confirmation I sent an e-mail to your customer service and was blown away by how positive and smooth of an experience it is Funnily enough the order that I had paid for had not been processed internally for some clerical problem - this was the first issue that was cleared up I then realized that I had initilly placed an order for 3 sweaters was charged for 3 sweaters however only received 2 It was such a confusing mess but I m so grateful Ross helped me sort everything out He was as kind and patient and extremely knowledgeable and even though this ordering experience was initially such a headache I ll definitely order from Wordans again I must say that man deserves a raise

My order arrived extremely quick I had to do an exchange return for a couple of pieces and Christian helped me promptly kindly and efficiently He explained the return process thorougly and patiently in a detailed email The customer service was really top notch I highly recommend

I was pleased with the result that Ross was able to find for me I ordered a custom sweater and the colour was incorrect Although I was outside of the refund period I was happy that Ross was able to find a solution for a partial refund I ll definitely be ordering from Wordans again - great customer service
